Proposed Development

The proposed scheme will consist of a virtual new village within a luxury gated development. It will house a selection of elite villas and apartments and a range of retail shops and other beneficial amenities.
The target clientele are envisaged to be the middle class sector who generally work or intend to work with established businesses in Sofia and its surroundings including Borovets. Recently there has been a notable trend from people with above average incomes intending to move out of the City to more rural but still accessible locations thereby providing a better standard of life. Other purchasers for these properties are likely to be foreign investors who are familiar with the history and popularity of suburban areas of big cities like London and their expectations of potential growth in the value of their investments as a result.
