The area benefits from the existing infrastructure of the two local villages popular
among wealthier Sofia residents. There is electricity and water supply as well main
road connection (all visible on the cadastral plan below). Developing the area will
inevitably mean new infrastructure with higher capacity. The costs for upgrading the
existing infrastructure will be paid by Land Plc and therefore part of the total
investments. These costs will add value to the land and therefore significantly influence
its price. At the same time it is planned Zemia Plc to receive the status of
Important Major Investor in the area that will force the council to contribute to the
infrastructure construction both by means of finance and cooperation.
