Less than half an hour´s drive from Sofia (15 miles) and neighbouring the land subject of our research and target acquisition is the residential zone known as Yarema. There are only a limited number of land plots available on the market in this area and prices range from € 50 to € 65 per sq m. The area known as Yarema is marked in orange on the cadastral plan below. Our target area is marked with green and the white zones are woodlands.
