To achieve these aims we have teamed up with a well connected partner who is extremely experienced in land development. He is an established land buyer and developer that has been involved in a number of land acquisitions deals where he has successfully obtained planning permission in the last 17 years.
The local partner will own 50% of Class A shares and will be actively involved in the acquisition and planning permission processes. He will also be a member of the board of directors. Here are some of his activities in the last 17 years:
